Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nohmo — our analytics dashboard, SDKs, APIs, and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Nohmo on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

Nohmo lets developers embed an SDK in their own websites and apps to capture product events and view them in a dashboard — device journeys, traffic attribution, conversions, a live feed, app analytics, and webhooks. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

Nohmo has a free plan that does not expire and does not require a card. It includes the full product, subject to the usage limits published on our pricing page. Paid plans raise those limits — events per month, projects per workspace, and data retention — they do not unlock additional features.

Paid plans are billed monthly per workspace, in Indian Rupees, at the prices shown on our pricing page. One subscription covers every project in that workspace; there are no per-seat or per-event charges. Payments are processed by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record.

You may cancel at any time and will keep paid access until the end of the period already paid for, after which the workspace returns to the free plan. We may change prices or plan limits, and will give reasonable notice before any workspace of yours is billed at a different rate.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and project API keys secure, and for all activity that occurs under them. Notify us promptly if you believe a key has been compromised; you can revoke and rotate keys from the dashboard at any time.

You agree not to use the Service to: collect data without a lawful basis or the necessary notices/consents from your own users; capture sensitive personal data (such as passwords or full payment details) — the SDK is built to avoid this and you must not work around those protections; attempt to breach, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service; or use it for anything unlawful.

You are responsible for your own compliance with privacy and data-protection laws that apply to the users of your product.

Data you collect through the Service remains yours. We process it on your behalf to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. With respect to your end users’ data, you are the controller and Nohmo is your processor.

Nohmo and its software, branding, and documentation are owned by us. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. Our SDK is provided under its published open-source license where applicable; nothing here restricts rights granted to you under that license.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. During early access in particular, features may change or be interrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nohmo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, during free early access, may be zero).

You may stop using the Service and delete your projects at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. On termination, the rights granted to you here end; you can export or request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction there, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms as the product and our business evolve. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
